Intro To Rowing Starts October 19th!

Yorktown Crew will hold a series of novice training sessions between October 19 and November 20, socially distanced and outdoors, at Yorktown in the afternoons. The exact number of sessions will depend on our numbers, but our goal is at least two sessions per athlete per week for the five-week period. We will instruct athletes on the basics of good rowing technique, as well as starting to build some rowing-specific fitness. There will be no charge for this Intro to Rowing month, but we do ask that participating athletes take part in our wreath sale fundraiser.
