The Refund Rule

In previous years, the board has allowed refunds up to February 15th. However, since registration fees are not being collected until after team cuts have been made, there will be no refunds once your registration dues are paid.

The board is trying to be fair to all by not requiring families to pay their registration fees upfront, but this does not change the fact that the team has major expenditures that come due in the winter and early spring (e.g. boathouse rental fees, coach stipends and equipment purchases, to name just three) and we have budgeted for 100 rowers.

In other words, once you write the $660 registration check for your son or daughter this winter, consider that money well spent.
